Naïma
Case history
Naïma, anagram of soul, is the Italian perfumery brand. It was born from the union and the experience of 8 historical families of perfumery entrepreneurs. With more than 250 stores distributed throughout Italy, Naïma is the new frontier of beauty offering the best brands on the market and international exclusives.
Pardgroup’s Field Marketing Services division worked with the brand on the Point of Sale Census project. Pardgroup conducted surveys to gather strategic data to optimize inventory and define display and selling space.
This was followed by the implementation of control measures for merchandising policies and ongoing promotions, with the aim of unifying the Group and improving sales activities.

• Naïma Store census, over 250 stores throughout Italy – Work done: survey activities to optimize the assortment, definition of displays and sales spaces, control activities on merchandising policies and promotional campaigns in progress with a view to group uniformity and improvement of sales actions.
